Adam T. Rabin is an AV-rated attorney who focuses his practice on representing businesses and individuals in complex and general commercial litigation matters, including securities arbitration matters. Mr. Rabin has been recognized as a "Top Lawyer" by the South Florida Legal Guide, a member of the "Legal Elite" by Florida Trend Magazine, and a "Florida Super Lawyer" by Law & Politics Magazine. Mr. Rabin is a founding partner of McCabe Rabin, P.A.  Mr. Rabin is Florida Bar Board Certified in Business Litigation.

Mr. Rabin is the President-Elect of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.  In addition to serving on the Board of Directors since 2007, he is the former chair of the bar association's Judicial Relations Committee, which is the liaison committee between the legal community's attorneys and judges. Mr. Rabin is also the former chairman of the bar's annual Bench-Bar Conference, which was attended by over one thousand judges, lawyers and staff. Mr. Rabin further supervised all of the continuing legal education programs for the bar association and has lectured on various litigation topics.

Mr. Rabin is the chair of the Southern District of Florida U.S. District Court Bench & Bar Conference to be hosted in Palm Beach County in 2012.  In 2010, he co-chaired the conference held in Miami.
