Ryon M. McCabe is an AV-rated attorney who focuses his practice on business litigation, securities arbitration, consumer protection, and white-collar criminal defense matters. He is a former Assistant United States Attorney with extensive trial experience before state and federal courts, as well as FINRA arbitration panels. Mr. McCabe is Board Certified in Business Litigation, the highest level of recognition given by the Florida Bar for competency and experience within a specific area of law. He has also been recognized as a member of Florida's "Legal Elite," published by Florida Trend Magazine.

Mr. McCabe graduated from the Leadership West Palm Beach program. He is active in the Palm Beach County Bar Association where he currently serves as President of the North County Section. Mr. McCabe recently was appointed by Chief Judge Federico Moreno to serve on the Southern District of Florida Committee on the Court's Local Rules.
