Evan H. Frederick is an associate who focuses his practice on business litigation and securities arbitration matters. He has experience representing businesses and individuals in both state and federal court in a variety of complex and general business litigation matters, including FINRA securities arbitration matters.
Mr. Frederick received his J.D. and M.B.A. from Florida State University. He received his undergraduate degree from Saint Louis University, Magna Cum Laude, in finance, where he also was a two-time NCAA All-American Golfer and a semi-finalist at the 2004 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship. In February 2011, he was inducted into the Saint Louis University Athletics Hall of Fame for his golf achievements.
Mr. Frederick is active in the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he currently serves as a member of its Young Lawyer Section Executive Board. He also graduated from the Leadership West Palm Beach program.
